BBC Young Musician 2025, BBC Four, UK - applications are now open to enter the BBC Young Musician 2026. This is a competition for young classical musicians in the UK who are aged 18 and under. The competition includes live auditions, quarter-finals and semi-finals culiminating in a Grand Final where the remaining finalists perform a concert with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. The winner is crowned ‘Young Musician of the Year and receives a career development package, including support and guidance from the Young Concert Artists Trust for the first two years.
